Games are usually Sunday evenings and a shinny night on Wednesdays.

Women’s and Men’s Division.

No body contact, besides place and push, only allow stick checking.

Dangerous shot rule - This means a lane must be open for a shot and any contact with a player during the shot results in a penalty.

Players are required to wear a helmet with cage and gloves. They can wear other gear if they choose, but not necessary.
