Season

The box lacrosse season typically runs from early April until the end of June. Players typically participate 1 to 2 nights a week for games and 1 day on the weekend for practices.

Box lacrosse is played indoors in hockey rinks and has new players joining the sport at all levels from Mini-Tyke to Midget.

Equipment needed to play Lacrosse:

• Mouthguard
• Helmet with cage (Hockey or Lacrosse)
• Slash Guards (Lacrosse)
• Kidney Guards (Lacrosse)
• Protective cup / jill (Hockey)
• Lacrosse Stick (Lacrosse)
• Gloves (Hockey or Lacrosse)
• Good runners for cement floors
• Warrior shorts (provided for new players with regsitration)
